Surely you meant monk?

In which case, the reason to go /Rt - even with the spirit nerf - is that, lacking Divine Favour, Rit heals are much better at pushing red bars up.

EDIT: Pure conjecture and laziness, actually. Ignore that. ^^^^

I've yet to try out a WoH/HP Necro/Monk healer.
With the buffs, it might be stronger than /Rt.

Anyone else wanna try?

sure it IS a good skill but I think it is a waste for your elite slot, because LeeSa will give enough energy to never have eng problems, if you keep it up when u can.
Then you have space for an other good elite skill.
Really, LeeSa isn't really such a good skill, even if u invest, lets say 14 in spawning power, your net energy gain is about 8. Not that impressive, seeing as you first have to invest a lot of energy (holding an item plus a cost of 10) to get the bonus energy later on (it really just pays of the moment you drop the ashes).

Still if I use it to heal I have don't have energy problems.
And my big point is it will hold space free for a elite slot.

You know what is pretty cool??? LoD got nerfed and now monks have to use heal party which is a 2 second cast time skill. The only time monks are truely using this skill is with [skill=text]Healer's Boon[/skill].

You know what is even cooler??? Ritualists can use 2 non-elites for the same purpose as HB + HP with much more efficiency.

Do you want to know how??? [skill=text]Life[/skill] and [skill=text]Protective Was Kaolai[/skill]. is that sweet or what?

IMHO, I would never use [skill=text]Attuned was songkai[/skill] because it is in spawning power and that is a waste of an attribute and also, Protective Was Kaolai is way too important.

This is the build I would run as a support healer.
[skill]Weapon of Remedy[/skill][skill]Ancestors' Rage[/skill][skill]Splinter Weapon[/skill][skill]Wielder's Boon[/skill][skill]Weapon of Warding[/skill][skill]Weapon of Shadow[/skill][skill]Protective Was Kaolai[/skill][skill]Life[/skill]
Attributes:
Restoration --> 12+1+1
Channeling --> 12+1
Spawning --> (Whatever is left)(NO RUNE.. use vitae)

Note --> This is not a monk replacement. The benefits of this build are:
1) Adds very nice, unremovable, prots to the team
2) Adds a ton of AoE damage to any melee class via Splinter Weapon and Ancestors' Rage.
3) Gives the MUCH NEEDED full party heals thus freeing up the monks for more effective types of healing/protting (like aegis, and other active prots)
4) Helps out the monks with Wielder's Boon (a very nice heal since you should cast weapon spells on people taking damage first anyways)
